Sarah Taylor

Sarah completed her undergraduate degree at UW-Madison with a focus on Anthropology, History, Archaeology, and Classical Studies. She worked at the Wisconsin Archaeology Lab during the 2016-2017 Academic year, and served in the 2017-2018 Academic year as Lab Manager. Sarah has also designed and constructed content for a Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey (WGNHS) museum exhibit, served as a Field Supervisor for the 2017 UW-Madison Aztalan field school, and aided archaeological public outreach efforts through participation in events such as the March for Science. Her research interests include pre-European contact history in the Midwest, migration patterns, recreation of perishable materials through 3D printing, and public outreach. Sarah is a curatorial assistant at the Wisconsin Historical Society.
